Deliveries and returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.


Shipping rates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.

Deliveries abroad (outside France)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Céju is not responsible for these costs and they will be your responsibility.



How can I check the status of my order?


When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from me that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.


Refunds and returns

We do not accept returns. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. I will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
